KH- Fast Food Madness!

Sora's chest rose and fell with each breath as he slept in peace.

 

Roxas didn't say anything, and turned his head to rest. He closed his eyes and sighed softly, relaxing.

Kairi bit her lip as she thought about it. It wouldn't be fair to them if she got to go...and it wouldn't be worth it. She'd still be here, sitting in between their beds to keep them company as they recovered. It'd be a waste of the doctor's time.

 

Sora turned his head on his pillow, his closed eyes facing Kairi.

 

Kairi listened to the heart beats again, and she knew that both of the boys were asleep. Good, they needed the rest. She wouldn't be joining them any time soon, though. That nightmare really messed with her head.

OOC: If you want to do a time gap, you may.

 

OOC: 60 million and 3 xP

Sora's eyebrows came down in his sleep as he started waking up from his slumber.

 

OOC: At this rate, we'll get up to 70 million. xD

Kairi still faced the wall, playing with the corner of her pillow case. She could see the sun rising from the shadows it left against the blank wall.

 

OOC: xDD

Sora curled his hand into a fist as it rest on the pillow beside his head, murmering something in his half-awake state.

 

Kairi jumped slightly at the slurred voice, used to the quiet for past couple hours. It sounded close to her, so she figured it was Sora. She rolled over slowly on her side so she was facing him. She looked at him, but the sunrise caught her eye, and she changed her gaze to the window by Roxas' bed. She felt a little of the rays' warmth as they shined through the window.

 

Sora sighed softly and let his hand come out of its fist-shaped form, now resting normally by his face.

 

Kairi smiled slightly. The sun made her feel peaceful.

 

Sora opened his eyes but immediatly shut them again when he noticed the brightness of the room. He groaned quietly, his head still feeling sensitive to just about anything and everything.

 

Kairi flitted her eyes to Sora and bit her lip. She just now remembered his MRI. She wondered what came out of that.

 

Sora quietly sucked in a breath and slowly opened his eyes, looking down at the floor as he became more awake.

 

Kairi smiled a little as she noticed him starting to wake up. She was tired, but wasn't going to sleep. She'd stay awake and keep Sora company once he was fully awake.

 

Sora moved his arm back to his side as he rolled onto his back and looked up at the ceiling, blinking when he saw the sunrise out of the corner of his eye.

 

Kairi yawned tiredly and blinked as she looked back out the window. She wondered what time it was.

 

Sora turned his head and looked out the window, but he flinched when the bright lights entered his eyes. He instinctively shut his eyes tightly and drew in a sharp breath.

 

Kairi frowned slightly. "You okay?" she asked, concerned.

 

Sora jumped slightly at Kairi's voice; he had no idea she was awake. "What're you doing awake?" Sora asked softly, turning his head and slowly opening his eyes toward Kairi, purposely ignoring her question.

 

"I couldn't sleep," Kairi answered. Didn't really want to, either.
