KH- Fast Food Madness!

Sora gave her a weak smile before he was rolled out of the room.

OOC: Woot, another time gap!! How many do we have in this thread? 60 million? xP

 

OOC: xDDD Something like that.

 

OOC: No..wait. It's 60 million and 1. My bad xP

After about an hour of testing, the doctors rolled Sora back to his room and laid him back down on his bed. His eyes were shut and he was almost asleep, extremely tired and weak from all the tests.

Kairi had the ring around her finger, her hand balled into a fist so the ring wouldn't fall off as she laid there. Her eyes were closed, and she was almost out of it from lying there for so long, waiting.

 

Sora turned his head in his pillow, thinking about what the doctor had told him. His head was hurting so badly because he had a concussion. He already showed a few signs of it: headache, dizziness, weakness...and as much as he hated to admit it, nasea. Sora sighed softly, his eyes still shut. At least it wasn't too serious. He wouldn't need to stay in the hospital because of it. In fact, he suspected that none of them would have to stay too long, since Santa had healed a lot of their injuries.

 

Kairi turned her head, opening her eyes slightly. She saw that Sora was back in the room, and she smiled slightly.

OOC: Sorry I haven't been posting as fast lately. Especially for the last half hour. My best friend called and was being a jabber-box. And I can't exactly multi-task that well. xD

 

OOC: It's all right, I understand. =)

The doctor also said that he would come back in and give him some stronger medicine when he came in to check on Kairi and Roxas. And Sora was definitly looking forward to the moment the medicine started working and took away his head pain.

 

OOC: Okay, now I have to go to the store really quick. I'll be back in around 10 minutes, 'kay? ;D

Kairi lifted up her hand, releasing her fist as the ring rested on her finger. She examined it, and looked over at Sora. He probably wanted it back.

 

OOC: 'Kay =)

Sora sighed softly and drift out of conciousness.

 

Kairi sighed softly and then pushed herself up slowly. She then brought her legs off the side of the bed easily before planting her bare feet on the cold floor. She pushed herself up, feeling her knees wobble a little, but she fought it and took a few steps toward Sora's bed. Lightly, she barely lifted his hand and slid the ring on his finger. Then she looked at him, smiling slightly. Kairi bent over and planted a soft kiss on his forehead. Then she got back in her bed before she was seen.

 

"Mmm?" Sora mumbled softly in his sleep, a small smile appearing on his face when he felt something touch his head. It must have been Kairi. After all, he would hope that Roxas wouldn't come over and kiss him on the forehead...that would be MAJORLY awkward, even for them.

 

OOC: xD That made me lol, that last line.

Kairi lied back down in her bed, resting her head in the pillow. She sighed softly and closed her eyes.

 

OOC: xP

As the silence filled the room again, and nothing else disturbed him, Sora fell back asleep, momentarilly forgetting his pain.

 

OOC: 60 million and 2 time gaps, FTW. 8D

Roxas turned his head and grunted softly as he started to wake up. He didn't know what time or what day it was. And he didn't really care. As long as he could feel better, that's all he cared about. Especially if his friends felt better too. That mattered more than anything.

 

OOC: Haha, I LOLed xP

Sora turned his head on the pillow, his closed eyes pointing towards Roxas as he started waking up from his deep slumber.

 

OOC: xDDD

Roxas opened his eyes slowly, blinking. He wondered if he'd ever get used to the lighting in this room. It was just so bright all the time. Were the doctors trying to make their patients go blind too? Geez, he thought as he sighed.

 

Sora nestled his head deeper into the pillow, trying to catch a few more minutes of sleep.

 

Roxas moved a little, but made a mistake: while he adjusted, he'd used his right leg. He let out a short cry in pain, biting his lip halfway through it so he wouldn't wake Sora or Kairi. He didn't want them to hear him in pain.

 

Sora felt a shot of pain ring through his head at the sharp noise, his head and ears very sensitive. He instinctively put a hand over his ear.

 

Roxas caught movement out of his eye and glanced over, mentally cursing himself when he saw Sora. He squeezed his eyes shut and leaned back in his pillow. "Sorry," he muttered sadly.
