KH- Fast Food Madness!

"I love you so much," Sora whispered as he continued to stroke her hand, keeping his eyes shut as he enjoyed the peacefullness of the moment.

 

The corners of Kairi's lips turned up slightly. "I love you, too," she replied softly, meaning it greatly.

 

Sora smiled faintly and opened his eyes a crack as he leaned forward for a second and plant a light kiss on Kairi's lips.

 

Kairi kissed Sora back when he planted his light kiss against her lips, her eyes closed in content.

 

Sora backed away, now taking his head a few inches away from hers as he sighed softly, content.

 

Kairi opened her eyes and smiled softly, enjoying the peace in the room.

 

Sora smiled softly and shut his eyes, feeling a strong sense of tranquility in the room.

 

Kairi relaxed into the couch and stared at the glowing tree in the room, admiring its beauty.

 

Sora turned his body and leaned his back into the couch, ignoring his throbbing arm. At least the pain was starting to fade now; it was tender, but it didn't hurt as bad anymore. He opened his eyes halfway and stared off into space.

 

Her eyes found the presents below the tree. Kairi didn't bother wondering why they hadn't been opened; she knew they'd been busy this morning.

 

"What do you want to do now?" Sora asked, breaking through the silence as he shift his gaze to Kairi.

 

Kairi turned her head to Sora and shrugged slightly. "I don't know," she answered. "What do you want to do?"

 

"Want to watch a movie or something?" Sora asked. He had a large stock of DVDs that he kept underneath the TV stand. Whenever he was home alone for a long period of time, he watched them so he wouldn't feel so lonely.

 

Kairi nodded with a smile. "Sure."

 

Sora smiled softly and rose off the couch, his right arm hanging limp at his side as he walked up towards the TV. He slid onto his knees and opened the doors on the TV stand with one hand and looked through the DVDs. "What do you want to see?" He asked over his shoulder.

 

Kairi sat up straight. "Well, what do you have?" she asked as she looked over at him.

 

"Just about every movie you can think of," Sora said with a chuckle.

 

Kairi felt a smile come across her face. "Hmm..." she hummed, thinking. "...How about...Dark Knight?"

 

"Sure," Sora reached in and pulled it off the top of the pile, surprised at Kairi's movie choice. It was pretty dark, but it was pretty entertaining. He opened the case with both hands and felt one shot of pain go through his arm. He pulled out the DVD and put it in the DVD player.

 

"You know," Kairi started, leaning back into the couch, "I only remember seeing parts of this movie. I guess I spaced out when we all saw it in the theatre." Kairi bit her lip. She only remembered certain parts, but something else must've been grabbing her attention when she had seen it for the first time.
