KH- Fast Food Madness!

Sora smiled softly as Kairi as he watched her intently.

 

Kairi flitted her eyes to Sora's and she smiled, tears rimming her eyes. "Thank you, Sora," she said softly.

 

"You're welcome," Sora said quietly, a small smile staying on his face as he looked at Kairi.

 

Kairi smiled and looked back down at the necklace. She wiped under her eyes so she could clear her vision of her tears. She set it down back in the box before pulling her hair back over her shoulder so she could take off her original necklace, the one she'd worn since she was little. She brought the ends of her normal necklace around her neck to her front once she had it off and she hooked it back together again. Kairi gently picked up the necklace Sora had given her to put it on.

 

Sora stayed silent and watched Kairi with a small smile planted on his face.

 

Kairi brought the necklace around her neck gently, her hair still swept over on one of her shoulders. She felt the gold heart touch her skin as she hooked it in the back. She trailed one of her hands along the chain of the necklace and looked down at the heart that rested on her skin.

 

"It looks beautiful on you," Sora said the compliment softly, liking the happy quietness that filled the room.

 

Kairi smiled and looked up at Sora, her smile reaching her eyes. The necklace was beautiful, and she didn't know how many times she could say thank you for it.

 

Sora smiled and stared into her dazling violet blue eyes as she gazed back into his.

 

Kairi leaned forward and gently placed a delicate kiss to his lips.

 

Sora shut his eyes and smiled inwardly as he returned her gentle, loving kiss.

 

Kairi kissed him gently, trying to show her love for him. She hadn't expressed it much lately, and Sora deserved more than she could give him.

 

Sora moved his arm up an inch but immediatly stopped when it rang out in pain. He slowly let it fall back down onto the couch. It didn't matter, though. He was satisfied with the way things were right now.

 

Kairi pulled back lightly and smiled at him. It was time for his present now.

 

Sora looked back at Kairi with a gentle smile on his face. He absolutely loved seeing her so happy. Her smile was the best Christmas gift she could ever give him.

 

"Hold on one second, okay?" Kairi smiled softly and got up from the couch, walking over to get his present out of her coat.

 

Sora nod and watched Kairi rise up from her seat. When she wasn't looking, he put a hand on his arm and gently ran his hand over it. It was feeling better, but he could see a bruise forming up along his arm already. That would probably be tender for a little while, and he had no idea how he would explain that away.

 

Kairi approached her coat and stuck her hand into her coat pocket, pulling out the small red package. She was relieved to find that no damage had been done to it while it was in her coat and she turned around heading back toward Sora on the couch.

 

Sora let out a soft sigh as he leaned his head into the back of the couch and shut his eyes, resting. He had been so sleepy at Roxas' house, but then the excitement on the way home had woken him up. And now that things had settled down, he was feeling really tired again. He kind of wanted to sleep to escape some pain for a little while, but he didn't want to leave Kairi.

 

Kairi smirked playfully. "Hey, don't fall asleep yet. You still haven't opened your gift." She sat down next to Sora on the couch, the gift in her hand.
