KH- Fast Food Madness!

Sora's small smile stayed on his face as he pulled away and looked down at Kairi. "Why don't we go join Roxas? He must be wondering what's taking so long."

 

Kairi smiled, and nodded. "Right." She'd completely forgotten about Roxas.

 

Sora gently squeezed her hand and smiled faintly as he started towards the living room.

 

Kairi walked alongside Sora as they entered the living room. She immediately noticed all of the decorations in the room. Roxas was really festive too.

Roxas looked down at his phone as he texted a message, his eyes flitting to the keys and then at the screen.

 

Sora looked around the room and immediatly noticed Roxas sitting in his seat, texting someone on his phone. Sora grinned. Apparently Roxas had gotten bored with them.

 

Kairi finally noticed Roxas in his chair, and she smiled when she saw him texting. He was probably texting Namine, or Axel, maybe.

Roxas flipped the phone shut once he sent the text and looked up when he sensed another presence in the room. He flashed Sora and Kairi a grin.

 

Sora smiled and chuckled softly at Roxas, who had clearly not noticed them when they first entered the room.

 

"You seemed pretty into your text messaging," Kairi said with a soft smile. "Something going on?"

Roxas nodded with a small smile. "I was texting Namine, and she said she can hang out later on today."

 

Sora smiled down at Roxas, thankful that he and Namine could spend some time together. "That's good," he smiled warmly at his friend.

 

"Mmhm," Roxas hummed with his smile still on his face. "She just has to wait for her grandparents to leave her--" His phone sent out a tune and he picked his phone back up, another text message appearing on his screen. Roxas glanced back up at the two and smiled shyly.

"Don't mind us," Kairi started. "Just tell Namine we say hi and Merry Christmas."

 

Sora nod in agreement, giving Roxas a soft smile.

 

Roxas nodded. "Alright." He noticed that the two were still standing. "You can have a seat if you want," he said, flashing another grin before looking down at his phone.

Kairi smiled, and then looked up at Sora while Roxas' fingers dashed around on the keys of his phone.

 

Sora turned his gaze to Kairi and felt a smile appear on his face when he saw her's. He gently squeezed her hand and moved towards the couch.

 

Kairi smiled softly and approached the couch beside him, sitting down and relaxing in the comfortable couch cushions.

 

Sora relaxed into the couch and gently slid his hand out of Kairi's as he wrapped his arm lightly around her shoulders.

 

Kairi smiled softly at Sora as she leaned into him slightly, resting her head on his good shoulder. This reminded her of that time in the hospital when she sat next to him in his bed, and she eventually had fallen asleep.

 

Sora smiled faintly when he felt Kairi lean into him, a feeling of warmth and joy spreading to his heart as he sat there with her by his side.

 

Kairi relaxed, letting her eyes close slightly as she rested her head against Sora. She stared at the tree, taking in the ornaments and lights.

After sending his message, Roxas flipped the phone shut and held it in his hand, expecting another text in a minute or so.

 

Sora turned his head towards Kairi and planted another light kiss on her head, trying to get across his feeling of love as often as he could. She deserved more love than he could possibly give, so he would give as much as he could.

 

Kairi felt a faint smile come across her lips. She blinked once slowly, taking in the comfort of Sora next to her. She felt safe, protected.

Roxas flipped open his phone a half second after it went off from another text, his eyes scanning over the words on the screen. As he clicked a button to text back, he spoke. "Namine says 'Merry Christmas' to you guys. She wants to see you soon," he said with a small smile as he started texting again.
