KH- Fast Food Madness!

Kairi walked over to the table and grabbed his things. "I know what you're thinking." She turned and faced him. "You'd be surprised with what I could do with a lock." Kairi smiled slightly and approached him.

 

Sora was momentarily confused, and then he began to understand. A small grin spread on his face.

 

Kairi smiled slightly when she saw Sora's smile. She held up the coat. "Whenever you're ready," she said.

 

Sora nod once and took the coat out of her hand, somehow managing to get his one arm inside and then having it lay over top of the sling by using his one good arm.

 

Kairi held up Sora's gloves. "You want these?" she asked.

 

Sora didn't see any possible way for him to get them on easily, so he shook his head. "No, I'll just keep them in my pocket," he told her as he reached out and took the gloves and put them inside his coat pockets.

 

"Okay," Kairi said. She walked back over to the chair beside the bed, the chair she'd spent so much time in. She grabbed her coat and put it on, flipping her hair out of it before grabbing her gloves. She slid them on her hands and grabbed her hat.

 

As Kairi prepared to go out, Sora turned his head and looked out the window, seeing snow falling very lightly. This was the last time he would watch the snow fall while being trapped in this room. That fact was taking a little while to sink in. After being in here for so long, it was hard for him to believe that he could finally leave.

 

Kairi put her hat on her head and smiled slightly when she saw Sora gazing out the window. She walked up to him and put a hand on his upper back. "Ready?" she asked kindly, glancing at the falling snow.

 

Sora nod once and turned away from the window. "Yeah, let's go." He said softly.

 

Kairi smiled softly as she rubbed his back lightly. She turned around and started for the door.

 

A small smile started to appear on Sora's face as he followed Kairi. It was time to leave.

 

Kairi opened the door, holding it open for Sora as she looked at the hospital room. She'd spent so much time here with him, some good moments, some bad. But she was ready to create more good memories now that it was time to leave.

 

Sora exit the room without looking back. He didn't want to see that room again. Too much had happened there. His head spun at the thought of all the emotions he had felt while in that bed. Anger. Sadness. Love. Pain. The memories would stay, but hopefully the pain that came with some of them would disapear.

 

Kairi pushed herself from the door when Sora walked by, letting it shut behind her. The obstacle Sora had faced, and she faced, was over. They'd passed it and were now onto something better, thank goodness.

 

Sora silently walked down the hall, towards the elevator, knowing that Kairi was close behind.

Kairi followed behind, watching Sora's brown spikes bounce with every step he took. She smiled softly as they approached the elevator.

OOC: Okay.

 

The elevator opened as soon as Sora and Kairi were in front of it. Sora went in without a word and pushed the button for the first floor.

 

Kairi stood beside him as the doors closed. Sora was...strangely silent. She thought he'd be showing his happiness as they left. Well, she couldn't say much--she wasn't saying anything either.

 

Sora looked down at the floor and quietly took in a breath, a little nervous to go back into the outside world. He was excited too, but he felt a strange seriousness inside his heart. This was a pretty big deal, and he guess that's why he was so serious. He raised his head as the elevator doors opened and he exit through their doors.
