KH- Fast Food Madness!

Her excitement made her bring her other hand and wrap it around his she already had in her grasp. She wanted him to finally be out there so much that she had to bite her lip to prevent herself from grinning like an idiot.

 

Sora smiled a little when he felt Kairi put her other hand on his. His heart always leapt whenver he felt her gentle, loving touch.

 

Kairi started to rub his hand lightly with her thumb as she looked out the window into the night.

 

Sora sighed softly and felt himself drift into unconciousness.

Sora turned his head in his pillow, slowly waking up from a long night's sleep.

 

Kairi stood at the window, her arms crossed as she looked out at the city. It was a clearer day today, no snow but enough on the ground to welcome a week or so.

 

Sora shut his eyes a little more tightly before opening them, feeling very groggy.

 

Kairi tucked a few strands of her hair behind her ear with one of her hands, bringing it back across her chest. It was probably really cold out there, and Sora didn't have a jacket. Maybe she could run by his place before he got released so he wouldn't be too cold out there.

 

Sora turned his head once more before opening his eyes and seeing Kairi standing at the window. "Morning," he greet sleepily, his voice soft and drifting.

 

Kairi turned around halfway. "Good morning," she said with a hint of cheeriness in her voice. Today was his day.

 

"What time is it?" Sora asked curiously.

 

Kairi looked up at the clock on the wall. "Um...a little after ten," she answered.

 

"Wow, I really slept in." Sora observed, shifting his body a little bit.

 

Kairi shrugged. "I only woke up a few minutes ago myself, so it's not that bad."

 

"Oh," Sora said, feeling relieved. At least he hadn't left her alone for too long.

 

"So," Kairi started as she began walking toward him, "how are you feeling today?"

 

Sora shrugged a little. "I'm not sure, I'm too groggy to tell." Sora gave her a sheepish grin.

 

Kairi smiled. "I'm sure you're feeling fine today. You get to leave." Her smile grew.

 

Sora's smile grew. "Yup, today's the day!" He said happily, now completely awake.
