KH- Fast Food Madness!

Axel shook his head as he walked towards the hospital. "I don't know. I just saw it on the news."

 

Roxas blinked and shook his head. "I have to warn Sora. Call me when you're here."

Kairi continued to stare out at the city and it's skyscrapers. She was enjoying the peaceful, quiet moment.

 

"You better move Kairi too." Axel suggested before he hung up.

 

Roxas snapped the phone shut and looked both ways down the hall. He cursed himself mentally; he'd gotten lost again! Roxas groaned angrily and went with his gut, sprinting down the hallway in one direction.

Kairi felt the warmth from the sun on her arms and legs as the sun shown through the window. She wished she could go outside.

 

Axel held the phone in his hand as he began to walk faster.

 

Roxas ran down the hall, dodging people as he traveled. He met a few people together in the hall, running into one of them. "Sorry!" he said as he glanced behind his shoulder before continuing down the hall. He skidded to a halt and glanced down the hall both ways by the corners before pushing himself down one direction. He needed to find Sora, fast.

 

Axel was only a block away from the hospital. He was glad that it didn't seem like anything bad had happened. Yet.

 

After a minute, Roxas started recognizing his surroundings. He was close. He ran down the hall, hoping Sora would be nearby.

 

Axel walked through the front doors and walked up the receptionist. "I'm looking for a girl named Kairi." He told her.

"Room 216." She said, pointing him down a hall to his right.

Axel began to walk down that direction. He flipped open his phone and called Roxas as he continued towards the room.

 

Roxas flipped the phone open, not bothering to check the caller ID. "Where're you at?" he asked as he gasped while he ran. He turned a corner, dodging a nurse. "Sorry!" he called over his shoulder. The room was just down this hall and to the right.

 

"I'm in the hospital. On my way to the room now." Axel said into the phone.

 

"Okay. I still haven't found Sora," he said as he ran. Roxas focused his eyes and concentrated. "I hope he didn't run off. If you see him, tell him it's urgent. And to get back up here as soon as possible."

Kairi watched as another bird flew by and she sighed. As long as she was out of that bed.

 

Axel nodded. "Okay, I'll meet you at the room." He was almost there.

 

"Okay." Roxas hung up the phone and turned the corner. He hoped the doctor hadn't reached Kairi or Sora yet.

 

Axel turned down another hall and saw Roxas coming towards him. He picked up his pace a little.

 

Roxas slowed down and met with Axel in the hall. "Have you seen Sora?" he asked, his chest heaving a little as he caught his breath.

 

Axel shook his head. "Maybe he's with Kairi."

 

Roxas looked to his left at the door. He peeked through the window to see inside, seeing Kairi at the window and his other friend nowhere in sight. Roxas ran a hand through his hair, frustrated.

 

"Let's ask Kairi." Axel suggested as he opened the door.

 

Roxas walked in.

Kairi turned around in her chair, smiling at them. "Hey."

Roxas stared at her. "Where's Sora?"

"He took a walk," she said. She noticed the looks on their faces. "Why? What's wrong?"
