KH- Fast Food Madness!

Another lightning bolt lit the sky. Sora turned away as the thunder rumbled. He hated lighting now.

 

Kairi flinched at the sound of thunder after the lightning bolt. It was a loud boom, echoing throughout the sky. She turned her head, noticing Sora avoiding the window, as if it brought him pain. At least, that's what she could tell from the look on his face.

 

Sora lift up his knees to his chest and burried his head. He took in a shaky breath. I've gotta pull it together! He desperatly thought to himself.

 

Roxas sighed and looked away, turning his head toward the kitchen. His stomach rumbled. He hadn't eaten in hours. He started for the kitchen. "You guys hungry?"

Kairi turned her head, tearing her eyes away from Sora. "I am a little bit..."

 

Sora lift his head out from behind his knees and slowly shook it. "I'm not hungry."

 

Roxas stopped and turned around. He looked at Kairi, who had glanced at him as well. Sora hadn't eaten anything for more than 24 hours. He needed some food in his system.

Kairi glanced back at Sora, worry in her eyes.

 

Sora looked out the window again, knowing that he was being watched. He let out a quiet sigh.

 

Kairi stared at him for a moment but then turned her head, nodding at Roxas.

Roxas nodded once and went back to the kitchen to grab supplies to cook.

 

Lighting went off again outside and thunder followed close behind. Sora shut his eyes and turned away again, pulling the blanket closer.

 

Kairi faced Sora again. Her eyes were locked on him, concern in them. She was worried about him. He wasn't talking, he'd stood out in the rain, he was disliking the storm, and he wouldn't look at her. What was WRONG?! It was driving her crazy not knowing.

 

Sora sighed and got up from his seat. He walked back towards Merlin's office, taking the blanket with him.

 

Kairi sighed, burying her head in her hands when he walked away. Yeah, something was definitely wrong. But he knew the he could tell her anything. She'd told him that last night.

Roxas flipped a patty on the grill. He turned in time to see Sora walking back and he looked away.

 

Sora walked into the office and shut the door behind him. He let out a quiet breath as he walked towards the seat at the desk. He sat down and rest his arms on the desk. He put his head in his hands, not enjoying his flat hair or the stuff he was feeling inside.

 

Kairi leaned her cheek agains ther palm and looked out the window again.

Roxas pushed the patty against the grill with the spatula, and then flipped the second one he had on the steaming hot grill.

 

Sora sighed shakily, wondering what would happen next. Now Kairi and Roxas were worried about him. Again. But he couldn't go out and reassure them that everthing was alright, because he wasn't sure himself.

 

Roxas cooked some fries as he finished with the burgers. His stomach was rumbling as the scent entered his nostrils.

Kairi continued to stare out the window, trying to erase her thoughts from her mind. She needed a moment of peace.

 

Sora got up from his seat and looked out the window, which was left open. He shuddered as he walked up to it and shut it. He was relieved when he didn't feel the wind anymore.

 

Roxas prepared the hamburgers and let the fries warm up. Almost done.

Kairi sighed and drummed her fingers against the table, her fingers in her hair as she leaned against her palm.

 

Sora walked over to the medicine cabinate, not really thinking anything. He took out the bottle from before and took two more pills. He didn't care if they would work or not, he just needed to take something to please his own concious.

 

OOC: Oh noezzz. Sora's become a druggie. xDDD J/k. But I just realized that I can't imagine him with flat hair...Spiky's the 'do for me.

Roxas put the burgers on a tray and grabbed the fries in their cardboard holders. He left the kitchen and walked over to the table Kairi was at.

Kairi sat up straight and watched him sit down. He handed her one burger and fries and she replied, "Thanks, Roxas." She unwrapped the burger and bit into his quietly, enjoying the taste in her mouth; enjoying something for once.
