Keyblade War:The start of the Heart

"yea I know what thats like" Seth said

 

They began to get closer to the palace, the builds seemed to get bigger as they neared the palace and the more the crowds were.

Phisoxa:" Yeah, you seem to know about what its like. Why so?"

 

"well the place I come from is a pretty chaotic place. A lot of destruction was taken place. I cannot remeber what happened before I was 10 years old butFor some reason I was considered a monster" Seth said as he looked at his hands "I had to struggle to survive and one day I had enough and let the darkness take over. The next thing I knew I was waking up at the acadamy with this blade on my back" Seth said

 

Phisoxa:" Oh I see, I never experienced something like that if you ask me."
She said looking off into the distance.

 

Seth looked up ahead at the palace "well it looks like we are getting close to the palace" Seth said

 

Phisoxa:" And that we are."

She said walking towards the palace gates as two more guards came over to talk to them.

????:" What is your purpose here?"

Phisoxa:" I have came to speak to the Royal Family."

????:" Do you have any identification?"

Phisoxa:" Indeed, I do."

She took out a gold badge and gave it to him.

????:" You my proceed in."

Phisoxa:" That was easy."

She said walking onto the palace gates as a guard lead them towards the palace doors.

 

Seth followed

 

Phisoxa walked up the marble paved steps of the palace towards the Palace doors, the guard led the two through them and into a large elegant room paved with polished marble and surrounded by tall white walls filled with carvings. The ceiling had a large portrait of the night sky. on the other side of the room had a large gold throne. A man a with great white beard wearing a set of gold and white robes sat there holding a small kitten in his hand, he was petting it Gently.

Phisoxa:" Your Majesty."

She said bowing a long deep bow.

 

Lura had followed them the gaurds had let her past for who she was.
Lura: Your majesty.
She bowed to him.

 

His Majesty:" What brings such fine youngsters into my castle today? I usually don't get many new guests from outside of the city."

He said petting the kitten gently.

Phisoxa:" I am Phisoxa Mindell, Class 2-A of the Academy of Light, I wish to tryout as a canidate for the Knight's Council, I think if complete this goal will warm the souls of my fallen classmates who fell victim to the tragedy that has become so well known."

 

Lura: Uncle, I have returned from my training, my beloved is in fear of the families enemies that he refuses to leave.

 

Phisoxa looked over at the the young girl. This is her uncle? She thought quietly to herself. A princess?

His Majesty:"I heard about my dear, I guess we will have a shortage of new recruits for any upcoming battles, but what is more unfortunate is the many young lives lost due to this brutality the dark realm has shown us, I shall speak with the head of the knights soon."

He said with a sad tone, he looked over at Lura.

His Majesty:" I see Lura, well we must leave the man be, we don't want to go dragging him into a situation he feels the utmost uncomfortable about, but more about you, are you doing well?"

 

Lura held up a ring.
Lura: I am to be engaged to him, he left after a bit to finish his training, so I stayed on the islands for a while, then I heard about the attack, I was worrried but he didn't answer through the bond, so I though the worst, I was angery with him when I found him, so he ran. Also, my daughter is having her birthday soon.

 

Phisoxa bowed lowly again.

Phisoxa:" I am very grateful my lord."

His Majesty:" We will will have a battle in the Arena Coliseum today, thats where the candidates are going to be tested to see if they are suited to be in the Knight's Council, the whole city is invited so consider yourself lucky, you are the last entry in the competition."

Phisoxa:" Thank you once again."

His Majesty:" Engaged I see, for a princess you are growing up pretty fast my dear, it seems like only yesterday you were still a wee lass, playing out in the royal gardens with the other children."

 

Lura: by that, I think you mean pulling out there teath for insulting my best friends common birth, who is to be my husband.

 

His Majesty:" Yes yes I know, you were always different from most of the royal children, always so bold and always thinks of others. . . one day you might be a ruler."

He said with a loud laugh,suddenly someone walked in carrying a roll of parchment. He had long dark brown hair that fell down to his shoulders and dark midnight blue eyes. He wore a full suit of armor that bore the Imperial Crest and as well the Knight's Council's Crest. Phisoxa bowed once again but this time very quickly.

????:" Your majesty have you gotten word when the entries for the candidates will stop flowing in?"

His Majesty:" Yes the last entry just came in through the door recently."

????:" Good send them in I don't want to be keep the crowds waiting in the Arena."

His Majesty:" Whatever you say Lord Foleski."

 

Mixt continued to read. It wasn't the first time he studied like this. He had ready everything in the state alchemists' library, everything from theology to cook books. This library was bigger but it also was consistant. No need to worry about anyone checking out a book and disrupting the flow of study.

 

His Majesty:" Phisoxa follow him to start getting prepared for the contest."

Phisoxa:" Yes sir."

She said running towards the man in armor and following him out of the room.

 

Seth looked at the king and then at Phisoxa and the man in armor Foleski? isn't that the same family that Phisoxa's family is against Seth thought to himself as he crossed his arms. He had not bowed to the king ever since he got to the castle

 

Phisoxa followed the man closely towards the lockeroom where the other entries were getting ready.

Back in the throne room . ..

His Majesty:" Young man, you can go join her if you want, since you are her friend. The lockeroom is for entries and friends only."
