Well, it's possible. Still, that's a pretty good observation. Since the three people that have been mentioned (Namine, Xion and Aqua) are all connected to her in an important way, it's totally possible that Nomura took the opportunity to incorporate that into the bracelet colors.

Namine is her nobody, made from her body and Sora's heart. Xion is the failed Sora replica that looked like her to Roxas because she took on a lot of Sora's memories after the events of CoM. Aqua met her ten or eleven years prior (since BbS takes place ten years before the events of KH1, it would technically have been eleven years after KH2 since CoM and Days took one year) and is the reason that she can wield a Keyblade of her own, although Riku had to summon it for her in The World That Never Was.
