It can be used in a general way as opposed to specifically as a homophobic slur. Gay is exactly the same. Why only complain about one word?

On a far more contributing note, it's not like we're deliberately gay bashing and saying gays are a plague to society. It's not like we're going out of our way to criticize your fabulous lifestyle, either; we're just calling each other "******s" because we can. It's essentially the same thing as me pointing out that GaydesDragon is Brazilian and therefore wrestles panthers in his free time, in the sense that I can.

 

I wasn't saying "NOWAYDON'TUSETHATWORDTHAT'SCRAZY D8"! I was asking why you'd use it if it offends a significantly large group of people. It's like using.... well... other words which I probably shouldn't say. They're just words, too. I haven't seen anybody saying those without getting in ****, what makes "******" or "gay" different?
