Well they ruined Thor and Loki by Norse Mythology standards, which is understandable xD

Really? I didn't find anything ruined. Although, maybe it's just because I don't care about Norse Mythology as much as I do for Greek mythology

I'd say Wingly is half right. I'd place Loki as at least partial antagonistic in both Thor and Avengers, although he's never 100% villain. He has an absolute reason for everything he does, and it was never about wanting the power. It was about besting Thor, proving to Odin that he's the better son, and a whole mess of other things, but never the power. Although he does enjoy the power once he gets it >_>
In my mind, a complete villain is someone who just kills and goes for the power for shits and giggles.

Although, Wingly, I'd also suggest leaving the thread because all it's doing is making you upset, dear. Might wanna get out while you're ahead and all that.

Having a good reason to do bad things doesn't make you a good guy. He's an antagonist. Attacked innocent people with the Destroyer and the Chitauri.

Don't antagonize me over a joke. It makes you look petty.

Read the Wikipedia articles on the characters in question. Do not skim, read them in full. Please, for the sake of your pride and everyone's patience.

I realize that, and never did I say he was a good guy. I did say he's an antagonist. I just don't think he's a straight up villain.

Also, the Destroyer was only really after Thor. You'll notice it pissed off when it thought he was dead. The town just happened to be in the way.
...Okay yea the Chitauri was totally just him being a dick but he wasn't the only one involved in said dickery.

    ...Loki's still my favorite okay.

    I wasn't calling you out personally D:

Just explaining why I think he's an antagonist. Maybe not a straight-up evil villain, but definitely some form of bad guy.

I've been sensing a growing force of ignorance radiating from this thread for at least 3 hours. I've come to see if I can stir up some fun.

Every time I have seen Aqua say, "What's wrong with... ?" or "How does... ?", it has turned out like this.

    Observation...

On a purely technical level, Norse mythology is better than Greek mythology. As Norse mythology found a lot of clever ways as to how natural phenomenons happen and what not, where as Greek mythology is basically just "Your door is broken? You must have pissed off the door god."

Really, Greek mythology is better if you like celebrities, but that's about it.
