I woul djust like to get one thing clear:
I DO NOT USE BRUSHES FOR MY EFFECTS NORMALLY.
This was one exception.

The tutorial looks awesome! Is it for GIMP or Photoshop? Just wondering becuase I use GIMP 2.

 

GIMP people can do it, but it's fdor PS CS2.
