The Large Hadron Collider is gonna be fully charged in about 24 hours.
Basically this thing has the potential to create a mini black hole which would evaporate in a manner of seconds but if it were to escape for a nanosecond then 80% of the milky way would be sucked into it.

So if your entire reality is ripped apart tomorrow. This is me just saying good bye.

 

Holy crap, I didn't know they finished the damn thing. I wouldn't worry though. With something this destructive, I'm sure they have taken every precaution possible.

Like the barrier between two universes are broken and all the galaxies in the multiverse collide into one megaverse.

 

Haha this is starting to sound more and more like a bad Sci-Fi movie.

SCIENCE DOES NOT WORK THAT WAY!!!

They are hundreds of larger black holes in this galaxy (not to mention the gigantic one in the center), and we haven't been sucked in by any of them.

Also, by the time it gets outside the LHC, it would evaporate. It's neither strong enough nor long-lasting enough to do any damage.

The supermassive black hole in the center of the galaxy does not have the density enough to consume an entire galaxy let alone rip it apart infact the supermassive black hole actually helped create the milky way (and most spiral galaxy's) due to the correlation of the black hole mass and the spiral galaxy spheroid in which years ago had passed it's quasar phase causing a balanced correlation.

Also the supermassive black hole does not have tidal waves that are as strong as any other black hole.

Also any other means of creating a micro black hole that does not involve a supernova does not have to evaporate.
