Would School Days count? He falls for the first girl, gets help from the accomplice, falls for the accomplice, gets the accomplice pregnant, gets the first girl traumatised, ditches the accomplice, screws every other girl in the school, gets back together with the first girl and is stabbed to death by the pregnant accomplice. She then gets her womb sawed open by the first girl, who then saws off the protagonist's head and goes off with it on a nice boat.
