Is it Aeris or Aerith?

    I believe that she is called Aeris in FF7 and Aerith in KH? I'm pretty sure that's right. I have no idea why they changed it.

    In Japanese it is Aeris, when the name was translated into English it became Aerith. So both.

    What I heard was that in Japanese, it's actually Aerith, but it was mistranslated into Aeris in FF7. Then, in Advent Children and KH, they fixed it as Aerith.

    In the english FFVII, it is Aeris, but it does translate to Aerith. So in Advent Children and Kingdom Hearts, it is Aerith.
