    Before part of Hurricane Hannah hits tomorrow. Oh dear we are supposed to get like bad flooding. I heard 6-7 inches or something, so I'm gonna go for a run since I also just got a new Knee Support so now! I can actually run! Whose happy for me? =3​

    lol. I just got back. It worked really great I only felt the pain a tiny bit once, I ran a little more than 3 miles and then I biked home which was one mile. lol. It was great. The only problem was that there were 3 little 5-year-olds and under that kept getting in my way and one of them like MEANT IT! lol She would see me coming and start walking over in front of my path, and the mother was like 21(the kids called her mommy) and the father was like 43.
