Even if its true, I'm still not convinced

 

I still like the super bowl commercial though, I mean we are still the motor city. (Even though GM wanted to leave like a billion times).

But yeah it's a shame, needs a lot of work.

 

Don't go to Spain. It's like every bad beach stereotype combined.

 

I went to Detroit once, I had to take a piss, when I went into the gas station to ask where the bathroom was, the cashier looked at me oddly, it was the "you don't belong here" kind of look, true story.

Ok, I'm convinced, but I still don't want to go

 

There's a few of us. Probably a lot less these days than back a few years ago.

 

Lol the AC boardwalk goes on forever. They got a lot of cool stores there, even if most sell the same stuff.

 

NJ is actually quite beautiful, once you get our of the industrial area. I spent 6 days there going back and forth to NYC. People are mean! >:(

 

New Jersey, Boston, Detroit, Florida and New York are all awesome places and you guys should count yourself lucky that you live there dammit.

 

Nah, the entire world is pretty much equally boring. Boston is just as boring as anywhere in Ohio.

 

Grass is always greener on the other side, I guess. I mean obviously I feel really lucky I don't live in one of the chaotic countries in the Middle East or Africa or whatever, but that's not to say that there aren't real problems here.

 

I'm in Pennsylvania right now, enjoying free, but really slow internet, tomorrow is New Jersey, I sure hope to **** that the Internet is free and it will actually be faster.

My time residing in Antarctica has permitted myself to note that the beaches here are perhaps the greatest in the world.

 

My dad grew up in Cherry Hill NJ, apparently that was a nice area... But that was back in the early '70's, dunno if it's the same now.
