If I owned a island, who would join me?

You guys are all welcome, as long as you pay to build your own houses. I plan on declaring it as an independent nation once I get enough people on it. After that, I plan to build an airport and a road to the mainland.
The island is approx 220 acres, off the Southeast of Australia. I have a couple houses there for now, and a huge mansion being built there is freedom of religion and speech, and more freedom in general. Age of consent is 11.
