Her name is Larxene written in katakana if it were to be pronounced in Japanese.

To make your computer display Japanese unicode and the like, go to Control Panel and click Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options.

Go to Add other languages.

You can go to Advanced settings to select different ISO and MAC forms. Or you can just stay on general and check the box for "Install East Asian languages."

Oh yeah, and if your computer doesn't have these files you'll need a Windows disc that likely came with your computer. Which you probably don't have, since no one saves those things...
