I Thought Aqua Was a GUY!!!

That's four now who know that she's not a guy, any questions?

 

I thought Terra was a girl until I heard otherwise. It isn't to rare to confuse the genders because of the clothing or hair.

 

I agree, Gade. The hair could have thrown people off and everyone thought that knights were always male so that was the assumption, but no, when I saw the SE for KH2, I went and watched it over and over again on youtube to see if she was female or not. And I was right, she was.

 

LOL, i hope you're not talking about me somewhere in there. i knew she was a girl. just not at the beginning. later you could tell. like when she's wearing normal clothes.

 

With all the armor on when we first see her in the BBS trailer I thought she was a guy too. When I finally saw her face I was like "Thats a girl!?" Lol, it's ok you're not alone.

 

I could pretty much always tell she was female, to include when she was in the armor. However, if she had been a guy in the armor... the mistake would have not thrown me off when I consider how bad the armor was drawn in FFT artwork because most of the guys, especially Ramza, looked like girls with the giant hips and all.

I think in the end I was -hoping- that the armored female looking one turned out to be a girl after all and was relieved because it gets somewhat annoying to see some anime with guys that just well, don't look it at all.

 

Good point, I was actually hoping that there would be a girl in the BBS cast of main characters. Aqua will actually fight which I am very happy about.

I knew there was a girl, but until they took off their helmets i kept losing track of her, :P
She was slimmer then the other two, but honestly I thought Ven was the girl at tims, cuz he was so short.

 

Well, when I was watching the secret ending in Kingdom Hearts II, I saw one of the Knights walking like a female. Though it took me about one view to find out the one who was in that armour was the Aqua, she also looked like a female in the secret ending compared to Ven or Terra.

 

I just kinda thought her head and face looked like that of a guy...

Her head and face looked more "handsome" than pretty to me...

That's right, and when I first saw her I was thinking something like "Wow that's a hot dude who's gonna have alot of fangirls"...>_>

I thought she was a guy too... until I read a break-down of the secret movie (it goes so quickly I can't see a lot of what's happening) and the writer referred to Aqua as "the blue-haired female".

 

i knew she was a girl but now that you mention it i can see how you thought she was a guy

 

Don't worry. I did too, when she was in the armor. It's so hard to tell these days, cause everyone looks like a girl in RPGs. They just give girls longer hair so you can tell. So when a girl has shorter hair? Yeahhh. xD Difficult to tell. So yeah, I did the same thing for a while, then I was like ...wait, one of them is a girl, I know that. Since Ven and Terra obviously aren't girls, that's when I figured out it was Aqua. I felt stupid too, but that was a while ago. So don't feel stupid, you're definitely not the only one.​

Aqua really is a guy. All the people who say that she is not, are reading the exerpts from Square Enix incorrectly. It makes sense; blue-hair, blue-magic, blue-eyes. "Blue" is a boy-colour. It is the reason why it starts with "B". In all seriousness, Aqua is an interesting character. She might transform into something else when she returns. SOUSHERIE (whatever the hell your name is =P), ADD MORE THINGIES TO YOUR THINGY.

 

It would be interesting if she was a guy, but there needs to be at least one Female. That's how SE rolls.
