My dad would consider me livin' in his home as a favour, which it really is.

He said since i'm bein' tossed out in 6 months why should i bother with a cat. =/

 

Tell them that owning a cat can extend your lifespan and lower the risk of heart disease. I'm being serious. We feel less stress when we cuddle cats because it's unconditional love. They don't want anything from you for the love.

If it's true, I have four cats so my lifespan must be quite long.

Tell them that you murdered someone and broke several laws and will be arrested and sent to prison soon, then when they are crying about how they will lose their daughter, they will be so grateful that you are a good girl that they will give you a kitty.
