I heard that making a list of things to look forward to helps with people who don't know how to make it through the day or however one would say such... I'm trying to make such list now, but I'm at that point where nothing seems worth it and is brain dead from lack of sleep. Going to try again after I've slept, but been like this for a while now. Does any of you have ideas of what I should put down in this list? (It might of been a good idea to put this in the help with life section since I don't want any spam, but the quicker I get answers the better ^^' sorry guys.)
All I can say is that you should go on because you have great potential as a person. I remember when we use to chat a lot and you had such an imagination. Even though you were younger than I was, I for some reason looked up to you. Now, I see my life in a better way and your a contribution to that. I hope that you come out of your slump soon, you can't wallow in sadness forever.
Hmm...you should organize stuff you like. Whenever I do this, I feel somewhat accomplished. However, you should start by fixing your internal clock. For some relief, you could try to write your feelings down, that seems to help at least a bit.
maybe your list should be about the little things and maybe the great amount of little things will make them worth while

I would write about those tiny things your thankful for, even if it's like a sunrise or toast in the morning, I don't know- whatever makes you happy.
Just to latch onto this. My one would be scrambled eggs O_o But yeah, all of the little things like seeing a smile from a stranger, Knowing that your life isn't filled with the danger that so many others face each day. Anyway, have a giant hug from me :)
