I actually read Twilight before the fan craze.I didn't think it was good before either.

If I was going to pick a team out of Edward and Jacob I'd pick Jacob because he is more a believeable character than Edward. I don't like people who are too perfect. They bother me.
If I was going to pick a team for Twilight it would be team destruction.

In all seriousness though I like Mike better than Jacob and Edward because he is actually a person.

I agree in all parts except for the Mike bit, but I did like Twilight until the fan craze started.

Mike's a little clingy, I dunno... then again so is Jacob, but he's hot so he makes up for it. Edward Cullen just haunts my nightmares with that horrible make up of his.​

 

I actually borrowed Miele's copy of Twilight before the whole thing started. To be honest I didn't think of it as much until I read the whole thing later when the Twihards were born ;-; the Twihards ruined the whole Saga for me. There are believable characters like Mike, Eric and Jacob [before the wolf transformation], and then there's Edward - a vampire which sparkles [they're supposed to burn goddamnit], drinks animal blood & can resist humans [I swear if they actualy had a REAL vampire, Bella & her friends would be dead before the book even came to life] & he's not believable.

 

I thought the novel was okay.
A sweet romantic novel.
I usually don't go for romance.
I stopped reading at Eclipse.
I am reading a book called the Thief Lord now.
It seems better.

 

I liked the way Stephenie Meyer wrote her novels, just some of the characters got to me...I always find myself reading novels that are about WWI & WWII [Nazi Germany most of the time] Now I'm reading The Book Thief, which seems okay to me :'D
