Yo Guys, i need help with the Font "Times New Roman". Look at this picture: the background of the font is black but the color of the text is white.. how to do this? i only can do this: the color is black and i don't know how to make the background black and the font color white. Please help (i have gimp and photoshop) (sig made with gimp)
If you use Photoshop, double click on the layer you're working on, and it should bring up the effects palette. From there you can do drop shadows, strokes, color overlay, etc.
yes i can why? when you want to do this yourself : no sorry i want to do that myself ; ya understand?
I dunno how you guys are doing it, but I would just duplicate the layer with the text, make the lower one black and the upper one white, then give the black layer a 1 point gaussian blur. (Photoshop, I don't know anything about Gimp) Also, this should not be in the spam zone. EDIT: Sorry, slow reply. Can't help you then, if you're so dead-set on an inferior program.
Alright, save the signature as a .psd, then open it in Photoshop. Make a new Text layer, and then double click on the layer (or go to the toolbar at the top and click Layer > Layer Style> Stroke). Either way, you'll get to the palette, and then you just do this: http://i907.photobucket.com/albums/ac276/DPWolf/textstroke1.jpg http://i907.photobucket.com/albums/ac276/DPWolf/textstroke2.jpg From the palette, you can change the settings of the stroke. Once you're happy click OK, and there you go.
