How to draw

I need help! I have a slight ability to draw and every drawing I do is a male. I just can't seem to draw females. Any pointers?

 

What part are you having trouble with ? The head ?

 

Everything! Seriously.

 

If I were you , draw the head first . Draw a oval . Draw two circles for the eyes.

 

a girl's body is an hour glass if you didn't know dude... they have boobs and nice asses X|

Lol , I was going to say do not make their bodies so straight , make em curvy . xD

try to draw the best oval you can , make the eyes big , but not too big or it will look like a little girl .

Give em eyelashes . Long hair , and try to minimize too much shading .

I mean that i can't start the drawing with the head. I have to start it with a shoulder (usually the right)

 

start with the head anyways... NOW!!!!!!!!!!

Try drawing the outlines of her body .

 

I can't! I am a perfectionist to a degree. If I start with the head, I will screw up. When I start a drawing, I mess up alot. But as it gets along, I screw up less and less. Here is how I draw:

1. draw shoulder
2. work my way down the arm
3. go to the top of the shoulder and start working on the neck and chest
4. slowly move to the opposite side and work on arm
5. draw sides of face and the outline of the hair.
6. Fill in eyes, nose and mouth (line)
7. add some shading to hair and body.
8. Work on details (i.e. making things thinner or thicker)

 

Shoulders is a good start too . :3


Whenever I mess up on drawing , I look at pictures that people have mastered on and see how they did .

I wish I was right there to help you . Doing it over the internet just doesn't work for me. :/

You may want to try to draw her naked (seriously) and then add the clothes and details in. And always try to draw the outline.

 

I have some pictures with me but the only way I can get them on here is by my cell phone.

I might be able to draw a female but I might mess up on the 80085
