For now, 2-3. But anyone can become staff easily if they are popular and help out with the site often. I mean, come on, look at Xaldin (sorry, but I'm going to pick on him) he's an admin and once thought he closed the site down on accident by pushing a button, among other instances. So, as long as you help the site and never ask about becoming staff, becoming staff is easy. I will likely never become staf because I spend way too much time in the RP arena. If I spent more time in the rest of the site and became a useful member, this could easily change.

Well when you do think about it, there is quite a popularity component to it. I wouldn't say the minimal shallow kind of popular, but you have to move and be active throughout the entire site, build a report with other members for being helpful, etc. In a sense popularity more often than not accompanies the responsibility. I'm not a fan of being on staff because I've done it before and it gets boring. I'm also an insensitive **** on 99% of the matters here.
