Kingdom Hearts How do you get the kingdom hearts 1 ultima weapon recipe?

I already know what items to get and where to get them, but how do you get the recipe itself? Remember, kingdom hearts 1, not kingdom hearts 2.

• 3 Mystery Goo (Find out how to get them here)

To be able to synthesise the ultima weapon in Kingdom hearts you need to make one of every other item (24 in all)
