How do I know id this girl likes me??

You'd know if a girl liked you if that girl showed any kind of affection.

If a girl hugged you,that would be a great sign that they loved you.;)

Hugs ≠ romantic love. Rather, they don't necessarily mean it. (Which is what I assume you meant?)
There IS such a thing as a platonic hug.
& more often than not, that is what a hug is...If you think about it you hug your parents and siblings. I mean sure you love them, but I think you mean a "like-like" situation. So unless you get off to the idea of family reunions...

A hug does NOT mean the person loves you.I'm hugged everyday by the person I like.And he has a girlfriend.Just because he hugs me doesn't mean he loves me.He might love me as a friend but not in that kind of way.And he hugs other girls.So that doesn't mean he likes every girl he hugs.

ive been hanging out with her and stuff, but im not really sure if she likes me or not yet
but ill invite her to see a movie sometime soon if theres any good combination of movies... i mean... theres only action so far, so ill wait to theres more ^^
sadly, theres no summer vacation for me yet... but ill try hang out with her more...
oh, and soon theres gonna be a prom-like party soon, so ill try dance with her... though, i cant really dance *hides in shame*

It seems like she likes you as a friend. A good starting point, however I can't tell if she would want to date you just yet. Flirt a little, give some very light hints that you like her. Be subtle.
