Homework excuses...

I'm sure we all heard of the classic "my dog ate my homework" or something like that. Wat r some phrases u'd use if u forgot ur homework. (provided that u didn't want to say "I don have it" or telling the truth)

I'd say something like..."Ninja Monkeys stole my backpack"or maybe "My house burned down so I couldn't find any pencils"

Wat bout u guys?

 

I have a really cool one that will convince your teacher.


"I fail at life that I couldn't get all adding questions right for Math."

 

Well in my school they credit us for telling the truth etc etc

But if we really have to lie, I put something more delicate and believeable depending on the situation.

But yes, I mostly do my homework etc so >>

 

Once I said my dog ate my homework and I wasn't lying, he really did eat my homework.

 

On the way to school an eagle swooped down and got my homework. I chased ti and eventually dropped my homework. So it was fine until the aliens. I was abducted by aliens and they stopped time so I wouldn't be late for school. They looked at my homework to see if humans were smart enough to put up a fight against them but they decided we're to dumb. So thanks to my stupidity you're still alive. Oh and they kept my homework.

One time, my older sister got to truthfully say, "My sister ate my homework."

 

My toilet ate my homework... No seriously

 

If I didn't finish it or didn't even do it,I just leave the notebook at home and tell the teacher "I'm so sorry teach,I left the notebook at home!"
But I used the same lame excuse so much that the teachers don't believe me anymore.

 

"I was to busy killing your friends and family"

I said that once and the teacher thought it was so different he didn't care about my math work xD

One time for me it was all

"why didn't you do your homework?"

"Honestly? Couldn't be arsed"

 

i just say i forgot it.

 

I say a few things. One of them is "I know its hard to believe, but my dog really did eat my homework.". Or say "Neh, too lazy to do it. Felt like playing my Nintendo DS. Is that a good enough excuse?"

i use that one everytime cuz i mostly never do my homework and i rly DID leave it at home and i actually told the truth XD

 

Well, I go b y admitting the truth but once I was really going to say this: (It was a group project and our group got nothing T_T)


"Miss.....A chocobo grabbed our papers with it's mouth and ran away with it. We had to chase it everywhere but couldn't- chocobos are really fast you know. Then when it finally tired down it ate ALL the papers in one gulp! Can you belive that? Now we have nothing- just because of one chocobo."

Yes, I have a very unrealistic mind. We got the lowest grade in the whole world for not bringing it :( But we told the truth here- and yet still no extra credit for not lying!

 

'My homework was in the washing machine'
That was a real excuse I had to use.

I had my homework in my pocket, and my mum had to wash my trousers when I got home.... I forgot to take my homework out of the pocket tho :p

My teacher believed me when I showed him the washed up, flowery smelling sheet of paper..... Then I got put in after school detention for being careless :(

 

Last week I forgot mine, and my teacher asked me where it was and I said

"I'm sorry I couldn't do your homework, the doctor said I was allergic to pencils and paper"

 

I would say "Why don't I have my homework!? Umm...A...Heartless...TORE IT TO SHREDS!". *Thinks In Head "Yeah! She'll fall for that! Mwahahahaha!"*

*Snickers*

 

My homework ate my dog, so i didnt have time to do it because i was at my dog's funeral
