So, I just had this awesome idea for a mashup, threw it together in a few minutes, uploaded it And not five minutes into its Youtube lifespan, DM DOKURO finds it and offers to put it on an album of his, dedicated to all the mixes of his song floating around on Youtube. Fuck. Yeah.
Ask him what happens to you in terms of being officaly recognized by him - like if you get paid and/or if your name gets published in the album. It would be awesome to be list it as one of your credentials.
The album from which the original song came was free to begin with, so I'm guessing payment is out. But yeah, I'ma see if I can't get my name in there. I definitely need the cred.
^ Neither but people aspire to different artists. No matter how good this guy is if N. Nova gets recognition for the remix/medley/mashup thing that is awesome anyway.
