Hogwarts: New Moon

"Just....gonna....you know sit out there for awhile"he said

"Dont worry...we're going soon"Anthony said apologeticly...well it was his birthday..."But I'll be back later to Pick up Maddie."

"Once he admitts it....you,Cory Ronan,Shawn,Nate and whoever else can tease him then...."She smilled

 

Casey whined. "But it's fun now Lyra." He said sulkily, he could be such a child at times. The day Casey Scorpious Malfoy grew up was quite possibly going to be the day that hell froze over.

Lake stopped by the door to wait for Mickey.

 

"Remeber when people did it to you? wasnt fun then was it?"

Mickey nodded to the vampire in thanks and left the room

 

"It's my payback for then, it's life making it up to me." Casey grinned cheekily.

Lake followed Mickey out into the garden, the gentle breeze blowing softly through her hair. The scent of flowers was such a welcome change to the rotten flesh scent of vampire.

 

"By teasing your son?"She fought to hid her smile

He dropped to sit on the grass,lying back"Are...you coming out with us tonight? you wont be the only girl....Maddie wont be there though."

 

"Yep." Casey nodded, his grin unfaded.

"If you don't mind me coming." She said, still looking up into the clear blue sky. "It's not like I have anywhere else to go, I kinda have to stay here now I've left 'home'." Lake added with a sigh. "But if you want me to, I will."

 

"Yeah I do."He said a little too quickly"You can take my room for the night...I'll take the sofa not like I'll be able to get up the stairs anyway"he laughed

 

Lake looked down at him, a look of concern in her bright eyes. "Just don't get too drunk, okay? You might say something or do something you'll regret. Or really hurt yourself." She said quietly.

 

Just keep me away from Stairs and Ronan.."He grinned

 

"Okay." Lake smiled as she sat down next to him. "I'll do my best."

 

"and if i get all 'I luves yhoo and ima huuuuug yhoo!' then slapp me...thats normal for me when im drunk we found that out when i was like...fourteen...best chirstmas ever! "he laughed"no but seriously....slap me...cos i will hug you....and not let go for awhile"

 

Lake giggled slightly, although there was a slight pang of disappointment. On some level she kind of hoped there'd be a drunken kiss, or at least something in the same nature. "I'll be sure to give you a slap if that happens."

 

He grinned

 

She smiled back at him, the blush that had almost faded regained some of it's glow as she did so.

 

"Have you had something to eat? Mum'll ask you anyways."

 

"No." Said Lake, shaking her head slightly. "I haven't eaten since yesterday morning." she explained, looking back up to the sky.

 

He frowned"Well...you can have something to eat here."

 

"I'm fine." Lake continued to look up at the clouds to-ing and fro-ing in the blue sky. It was so peaceful.

 

"You gotta eat sometime."he said

 

"I guess." she shrugged. Truth be told Lake never ate much, for example back at school when there was the vast banquet of breakfast food every morning she'd just eat a piece of toast. And nine times out of ten she wouldn't even finish it. It probably wasn't a good idea for werewolf to eat so little, their metabolisms must work far faster then a regular humans for them to grow so much.
