Lake peered at the goings on over her sandwich at the bickering family with a small giggle. "I'm so glad I'm the only one here who isn't genetically related to an idiot."

 

"yeah,your the lucky one."
"oh yeah,cos when she's going out with you,she's sooo lucky."ronan said rolling his eyes grinning"aint that right Uncle Scar?"
"quit callin' me that!" ever since he'd come back,thats all most people had called him,unfortunatly,Esmya picked up and now called him Uncle Scar alot more than Uncle Mickey.

 

"Guess that makes me Zira then, yay for being a psychopathic lion." She giggled

 

he laughed

"why is our family filled with weird people?"
"nobodys weird....just you."

Lake giggled slightly as she pulled out the rest of the meat from her sandwich.

 

"Okay, i believe you."

Maddie was suddenly up she started towards the double doors that lead to the living room,she stopped.
Heya Maddie....long time no see...whoa look at you,all grown up and Vampire'y"
"Alec,shut up...we're here to do a job..."

Maddie backed away from the big muscular vampire,but she was staring at the smaller one,the girl,she was the one who scared her most,"Jane...Alec...go away...theres no Immortal child..."she looked terrifed by both of them"you dont need to be here."she was almost at the glass coffe table.

"even Mickey seemed to be scared by these two.

 

Lake stopped halfway through tearing a piece of the meat in half. Staring at the two vampires, the two big, threatening vampires. The smell from the two of them was to her as strong as 6 of the other vampires who'd been milling around.

 

"No.i dont think we will Maddieline...."Jane said"you know how it goes....its just buisness,nothing personal."
"Yeah....i see what you mean..."Maddie said she hooked her hand under the table
Mickey looked at her hand,tight on the table,his eyes flicked to the vampire's,yeah,she could problay hit one or two of them....but what then?

Lyra stared wide eyed at the confrontation

"Mummy?"
"Oh no!"

"there she is...."Alec said "hey,your coming with us....okay?"he was talking in a voice that would reasure most children,but not this one,Esmya backed up the stairs,he moved forward

there was a slight cracking noise,but maddie managed to fling the coffee table across the room and hit Alec,who was the biggest and he didnt have his attention on Maddie anymore.Jane on the other hand had moved away,her partner hit the wall

 

Lake watched on, unsure if she should step in and help. After all she'd been no help at all ever, maybe it was about time.

 

he shoved the table off him"Big mistake....Jane,get the kid...i've got her."he snarled,Jane gave Maddie a toothy smile and darted off

"Mickey...go get Esmya..."

he got up and sprinted round the vampire,who tried to get his ankel"Lake! come on!"he didnt want her near the big one...even if maddie could take him

"you are gonna be so sorry for throwing that....you little B*tch..."
"ouch,Harsh...."she said grinning slightly"and here i thought we could be frien-"she slammed into the wall"no more mister nice guy..."she bared her teeth

 

Lake nodded and jumped up, catching up with Mickey in a just a matter of seconds, if that.

 

"Mya?!"he called
"Uncle Mickey!"she sprinted down the corridor,faster than any other child,he caught her
"Give her to me Mongerl...."
"why dont you bite me."

he had Maddie by the throat,she smiled and kicked him inbetween the legs,he dropped her with a gasp of pain,she crawled under his legs,turned and kicked him through the window,she got up,shaking glass from her hair

"Maddie...enough now..."said lyra,but she was to late,she'd already jumped through the window after him

 

"You keep away from her or I'll tear you're f*cking head off." Lake snarled darkly, showing a more sinister side of her that had never shown before. She'd never even sworn around other people before, or threatened them in all seriousness.

 

she laughed"like you'd win that fight...."she moved forward
Esmya hid her face in Mickey's shoulder,he backed away,pushing Lake behind him,he tried to get down stairs

"Dont watch!"Maddie warned,there was a loud ripping noise and a scream that wasnt maddie's

"You'd be surprised you rotting corpse." Lake spat.

ooc-sorry again i was helping my dad....^^ i also had another idea,i was watching enchanted today,movies give me the weirdest idea's make a rp with lyra and casey and that as fairy tales,like cinderella,snow white,sleeping beauty,but after this or the breed is done.

"That's a very good question." Lake snarled as she lunged at the vampire, transforming into a slender golden wolf form in the air. Sinking her teeth straight into the vampire's jugular and tearing it out in one fluid movement. A darkly organic and wet noise hanging in the air.

 

"Whoa..."he muttered,she could be vious too...
Lyra looked up hearing the noise

"Esmya,go get your mum..."Mickey put her down.he went to change into his wolf fourm

Jane shoved past Lake,and lunged at Mickey,who didnt move quick enough to get out of the way,she dug her teeth into his neck,blood pouring for her and now him

with a strangled cry he shoved her off,grabbed his neck,the blood osing between his fingers,he could feel a burning like thing in his vains."rip her apart Lake!"he gasped,he slid down the wall,gritting his teeth


Maddie,who had Esmya locked in her arms,looked up"oh no..."she muttered
