Alexis stood up, running out of the house, rubbing her temples...

 

"Maddie...she's..."he couldnt say the word....he couldnt even say gone
cory paled"no...she cant be!"

 

"Oh god..." Casey said in a low monotone, unable to think of anything else to say.

Lake watched Mickey cafefully, the look of worry clear in her now slightly clouded eyes.

OOC- Sorry for being so late on, had a careers thingy I had to go to ¬¬

 

lyra took her hand,her eyes had a glazed look

antony sank back into his seat

"she is...."he said"its killed her...."

Jack sighed....He heard Maddie's heart stop, and felt Ada clench besides him in fury.

 

"y-your....sure?"cory said

"i heard her heart stop cory! i wouldnt've said if i wasnt sure!" he snapped

Lake weakly grasped hold of his hand and squeezed it supportively.

 

he looked at her then away again

cory gave him a dark look"you dont have to snap..."he said,his emerald eyes slightly brighter than normal

jordan looked at his nephew's"cory...wheres your parents?"
cory cleared his throat,"up...up stairs....with...her....we've were told to wait here...."
he nodded
zarrah looked towards the stairs,her eyes wide

 

Lake blinked heavily once again, trying her hardest to think of something to say to comfort him. But the pain in the back of her head was making it nearly impossible to think.

 

"antony...why dont you take...the baby down stairs and sit,hm?"Esme said quietly"calm yourself down...let her parents be with her for awhile..."

he got up numbly and crossed the room,never taking his eyes off his wife,he took the baby and left

lyra bit her lip,trying to hold back the tears

mickey looked up as he smelt antony coming down with another life,the little murder,as he was going to call it.

 

Lake just sat there, now looking exceptionally pale, even for her.

 

"you alright?"he asked,doing his best to ingor the two who had just come in

 

"I'm fine..." Lake replied, not wanting to worry him. After all what had just happened was more then enough...

 

"you sure? you dont look so good..."He said

"cant believe i acctualy believed her when she said she'd be ok.....she was lying for us...she knew she never had a chance..."she muttered

antony sat with his daughter pressed tigthly against him,she hadnt opend her eyes yet,but on her head was the same bronze hair he had

 

"I'm fine..." She repeated croakily, closing her eyes slowly as the energy and strain it was taking to keep them open was too much.

Casey hugged Lyra tightly. "It's just one of those things..." He said weakly. "And I'm certain she was sure she'd be alright... It just happened..."

 

she burried her face in his chest"this shouldnt have happend,she should still be here....with her family,her husband....her baby....she shouldnt have died..."she sobbed

"your not....you've been weird since you hit your head....lemme see it..."he said

 

Casey hugged her even tighter, stroking her hair soothingly. "I know... I know..." He said resting his head on her's, trying his hardest not to start crying himself. "There's nothing that can be done now though..."

"No." Lake replied just a little too quickly. "I'm fine... I just have a headache from that and I just... With what just happened..."

 

"I want her back...."she muttered

"let me see."He repeated more forcefully

 

"I know..." Casey muttered, kissing her head softly. "I do too..."

"No..."

 

"Lake....come on....lemme see!"

she hugged him tightly
