I would totally eat the baby.
That'll scare the guy.
Nobody touches my family.

 

I'm taking it my family would be held by some idiot psychopath killer for such a choice to be made (because if they were there, that would be weird) and that I could have no time to go home and mount up the assault gear to kick his/their scrawny ass(es). So, I'd say I'd not toss the baby because I will not compromise life that way, but the people responsible would definitely pay if I could not somehow save my family. I'd be going all Rorschach on who was responsible and I would find them. I've got a nasty vigilante streak at times and if I had to make the choice, someone else is getting messed up because of it.

 

What's killing my family? The traffic that's coming? If so then tossing the baby into the traffic will hardly stop the vehicle and kill them all.

Either way, I'm tossing the baby because I still have a few years to mooch off my parents and that's a little hard if they're dead.

Wait no, I won't toss the baby because if I do I'll be arrested for murder and end up in jail. Saving my family isn't worth prison for life.

 

Firstly, I would walk into the middle of the road, make the cars stop, take off the majority of my clothes, put them in a heap on the road, then I'll step back, bend low to the ground and lightly throw the baby into it.

Next time, no loopholes please.

 

^___^' not that I think that I'll ever face this choice since it's a rather...Weird question, but, ofc, I would have to say family.
Ofc it's easier to quickly kill a baby that you don't have a relation to whatsoever than choosing for you own family who raised and loved you to be brutally murdered.

this is what, at first glance, would appear to be a rather tricky question but turns out to be pretty obvious. Of course, depending on what relation you have to your family.


...and also, if the baby has puppyeyes. Or Bribes you.

 

Babies know how to bribe. Totally.

 

Hence the puppyeyes.

 

hmm id have to through the baby ,

i love my family too much to let them die.
and id make sure to give the baby something to make sure it experiences the little amount of pain ever.

and thats only if the baby has no living relative's and was just lying in the side of the road somehow
