I am both excited and nervous. This book is the last one and what Jk mind does, blows meh away all the time. But I will read it....

Of course Im going to read it. I havent reserved it yet. And when I do get it Im most likely only going to read it once, becuase 1. I've never in my 13 years of life re-read a novel and 2. Becuase its long and I dont have that much time on my hands....

 

lol me too i have read a book twice and it does take a long time to read

 

I will read it but just because I want to know what happens
after I read the 6 ones I want to know the ending

a person i know pre-ordered it as soon as the title was announced. i never got into them. i found the sentence structure pretty bad, and the plot a bit too predictable. i read the first and dumped it. i think the series is far too over-rated...

 

I am hoping to read it. It's already pre-ordered for me :D. Well, hopefully it won't be left like crap, like the 13th SOUE or other closing books.

 

Harry Potter Trouble

i am having trouble with harry potter. i don't have time to read the books. but a girl i sat next to is a HARRY POTTER FANATIC!! she cried when she found out that ron dies in the next movie ORDER OF THE PHONIX. first of all: HE'S A FICTIONAL CHARACTER!! i wouldn't have this problem until my sister says that harmine dies in the movie. she says that her friends dad works for J.K. ROWLING. tell me wh dies, ron or hermine.

*SPOILER ALLERT*( IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RUIN THE FINAL BOOK DON'T READ THIS)
MY SISTER SAYS THAT IF RON LIKES, HE WILL BE THE ONE WHO BETRAYS HARRY AND KILL HIM IN THE FINAL BOOK! I WAS SHOCKED TOO!

 

I need that book...NEED IT!! >_<

Thats wrong wrong wrong. I've read the books Ron does not die. Infact that girl(forget her name)in the Triwizard get married to Bill(Ron's Brother) And--Oh wait this is Half-Blood Prince... Uhh Ron does not die he gets attacked by brains with tenticles and goes insane for a day or two but then is fine and only left with scars from the accident. Hermione doesn't die either. She gets knocked out trying to help the others. I think it was by a Death Eater and they took her with them when they left. Too Bad...

Ron doesn't betray Harry Why would he? Draco is a death eater so he has the skull with a snake coming out of its mouth imprinted on his arm like the other death-eaters. Ron does not however or else he wouldn't wear T-Shirts.

 

I just noticed something *Harry Potter book three and six spoilers*

That scene takes place in the chapter "The Firebolt" on pages 227-230 of the American Hardcover version.

Pay particular attention to the bolded part.

There were thirteen sitting at the table if you count Petigrew

Do you think that was Rowling giving us a subtle hint that Dumbledore was going to die?

if so, it seems Trelawney may be much better at Divinitation then everyone says she is.

 

Probably, she has a way of doing that sometimes. But I had completely forgotten about that part.
