Chain of Memories Hardest boss?

Yeah, like almost everyone else I'd probably have to say last Riku Replica battle.

 

For me, it was a 3 way tie between Cloud, Marlucia and the last Riku Replica battle.

 

I remember my bf had such a hard time with Marluxia and I beat him the second try. He was so pissed.

Oh yeah, hardest boss. I'd say either last battle with Repli Riku or Ansem, both with Riku. Dear God, those card loading times were a pain.

 

Vexen's first battle was so hard it made me break the controller

 

I have to agree with this who said the Riku replica fight was the hardest. Never liked that fight :( ~infernoleflanf

 

Sora: Easy tie between final Riku Replica battle and final Vexen battle
Riku: If I'm not careful, Ansem Seeker of Darkness

 

Vexen was hard from what I remember. There was a point (I think it was around the 8th-10th floor) where there were multiple bosses that were really hard.

 

I lost 12 times at the first Vexen battle. I give up on Marluxia 2-3 after losing 4 times, his third form is just ridicoulously overpowered

 

The final (I think) Riku battle, which is after completing Destiny Islands, due to no Donald and Goofy cards.

Vexen's the second hardest.

 

I'll be honest I had trouble with Marluxia and Replica riku battle but also with Riku I had troubles with lexeaus at first.

 

Final riku battle and Vexen second battle and Larxene second battle were the most difficult to me but that made them uber fun to me

 

I recall having the hardest time with Larxene 2. She was just too quick for me.

 

The toughest fight for me was Larxene; proud mode though. She kept doing that kunai thing on me which frustrated me lots. Did I mention she was fast? >_>

 

I literally only had trouble with Riku Replica. In fact, I don't think I ever completed the original CoM because I just couldn't get past him or really comprehend the card system. Funnily enough I never had trouble years later with Re:CoM, but I think that was simply because it was fully in 3D - you weren't as restricted as you were in the original so you could run around and dodge attacks easier and stuff.
