Go see it, and cause disturbance throughout your time in the cinema until you are kicked out.
When your friend asks what the hell you were doing, claim you caught tourettes and ADHD one night when drunk.

 

She's still insisting on seeing it.

 

Suck it up and go see it.
Then use it the next time you want to go see a movie that she doesn't want to see.

In this way a Win-lose(with her winning and you losing) becomes a win-win.

 

Tell her you'll do it only if she has sex with you during the movie.

She will never bother you again.

 

Or things might just get even more awkward and weird
