Guys. Don't blink, okay?

They don't ACTUALLY kill you.. I er, think. If I recall correctly the man they sent to the past in Blink carried out his entire life.. just in the past. Sally spoke to him dying in her present time.

I dunno I guess my suspended belief organ must not be working properly. When I saw Blink I was like "Yeah okay that's freaky" and then watched the rest of the episode detatched from it -____________-

 

I hate things that pop out at me, so when one second I see this sad little crying angel (angel statues already give me the creeps), and then the next I see this SCREAMING, SHARP-TOOTHED MONSTER FROM HELL,, it creeps me out lots.

Plus when Amy was looking at the screen, and it keeps getting closer and closer and more RAWR-ish until finally it's freaking projected in front of her...it's not okay.

 

But isn't that the point of Doctor Who.

It's meant to scare you, playing on what people already find scary, for example, the Daleks play on many people's fear of Science and genetic cloning, while the Cypermen play on technophobia.

If you get scared by them, then don't watch the show!

Watch some of the ones with William Hartnell; you won't be thinking that.

 

I have seen a lot of the old episodes and I still think what I said in that post. Doctor Who is supposed to be scary.
