"So." he said, blushing. "How much do you like me?"

 

"I'm not sure." she said, blushing herself.

 

"I see." he said. "Well, I like you too."

"Yeah." he said, nodding and blushing a bit more.

Artemis returned to her home to find Aphordite asleep on the coach. She went to her computer to check her email, with a can of Sprite to drink. She was surprised to find two new emails and read them.

To twin Artemis,

Hello dear sister. It's me, Apollo, who is doing fine on Olypmus, but misses his exciled siblings. Thanks for trying to guess me as the attacker of your mortal friend, Saki. Be sure to tell Hermes that he's found a good person to be with. Dad wouldn't be happy, but that's a mortal life.

Artemis sighed when she was finished with the emails.

 

"So then." he said. "What to do?"

 

"I don't know......" Saki turned away.

 

"What do you usually do when you like someone?" he asked. "I've never really felt like this before."

 

"Neither have I." Saki started to remember a song her mother wrote.

 

"Oh." he said. "Well do you know what most mortals do?"

 

"Most mortals just go out or something." Saki blushed as she said that.

 

"Would you like to do that?" he asked.

 

"Not right now!" Saki said.

 

"Why not?" he asked, confused.

 

"Things like this take time," Saki said. The phone rang and she answered it. "Hello?"

"Hey, Artemis, Saki. Can I talk with Hermes?"

"Sure." Saki turned to Hermes. "It's Artemis. She wants to talk with you."

 

"Alright." he said, taking the phone. "Hey Artemis, what's up?"

 

"Hey. Pops and Apollo just sent me emails. Apparently, Zeus has been watching us and thinks you shouldn't be like him. But Apollo just wants to congrate you for being with Saki."

 

"I see." he said. "Well tell Apollo that I said thanks, and tell 'dad' that I don't care what he thinks. I'll live my mortal life the way I want to."
