Artemis started to hum a song she liked to distract herself.

 

Hermes soon found himself snoozing again.

 

Artemis still hummed the song.

 

Hermes had this strange dream of the future. In it, he was still a mortal, but he was happy. There were kids around him and there was a woman at his side. He couldn't make out the woman's face, though.

 

Artemis made a sketch of herself in the future, as a captain of a archery team.

 

The longer he stared at the womans face, the clearer it became, until...he woke up at the sound of the bell. He got to his feet and said "Who was she?"

 

Saki walked out of the classroom. "Have a nice nap?"

 

"Yeah." he said. "I don't understand how you guys can stand that every day."

 

"We try," Saki told him. She smiled.

 

He smiled back. Then he blushed and looked away.

 

Saki saw him look away and he was blushing. "Is something wrong?" Your face is red."

 

"I remembered some of what happened last night." he said.

 

Saki blushed a bit herself. "It's alright. You just had a too much to drink."

 

"Yeah, but, the thing is, I was speaking the truth." he said, blushing more.

 

Artemis stood behind a wall, listening to the talk while eating her favorite mortal treat, Pocky.

 

He waited for her to get upset and yell at him, or run away in embarassment.

 

Saki wasn't sure what to do, she was embrassed, but looked away.

'Say something already, will ya?' Artemis thought.

 

"I'm sorry." he said. "I should go now." He turned to leave.

 

Saki wanted to run after him, but she felt her feet were stuck. 'Don't go....." she softly whispered, watching him leave. 'I want to be with you. But it's just....'

"Just what?" Artemis asked, appearing behind her and surprising her.

 

He barely heard her and turned around. "What is it?" he asked.
