Lina smiled, "Sounds like fun".

 

Kanaye half-smiled. "You mean the learning, not the dying, right?" he asked. It was the closest thing he had ever said to a joke.

 

I soo talking about the dying" she said sarcastically. Then she laughed when she realized he try to say a joke.

 

Kanaye chuckled softly. "We are so dead if we're caught cracking jokes..." he said. He suddenly thought of something. "Hey, have you ever been on the roof?"

 

Lina suddenly stop laughing, "I forgot about that" She looked at him with confusion, "The roof? No, why?"

 

"That's why I want to leave..." Kanaye quietly explained. "If you go up there at night, you can see millions of stars...Something about that told me that there's more to life than what we've been given..."

 

Lina stayed silent and listened.

 

Kanaye raised his eyebrows. "Y'know, you can get up there by the stairs down the hall," he said.

 

"Ok then" she looked toward the stairs.

 

"You gonna go?" Kanaye asked.

 

" What time is it?" she asked.

OOC: Is it day or night?

 

OOC: Um...I'm thinking it's night...like, two hours before dawn...

BIC: Kanaye checked his watch. "About three-fifteen..." he said.

 

OOC: Thanks.

"That late?! Or early? Well, I need to go to sleep. I'm going to training, for once, and I need my beauty sleep"

 

Wow.....training that early in morning.....and okay....fine.....

BIC- Angel readied her sword. I need to get closer....

 

Nox got up. He ran to the right jumped to the wall and jumped off the wal spun and brought his sword down on angel.

 

She ducked and slashed at his exposed chest. He's not bad.

OOC- I just realized something.....I'm actually having a battle!

 

OOC: I was just kinda guessing...I dunno...Our characters are night-owls!!!

BIC: Kanaye got up and stretched. "That's probably a pretty good idea. We're bound to have training tomorrow."

 

Lina yawned, "Well, see ya" She walked up to her room to go to bed.

 

Kanaye nodded toward her. "See ya." With that, he walked down the hall toward his bedroom.

 

Lina laid down on her bed and fell asleep.
