Gently rubbing your tummy sometimes helps.

 

All you have to do is ask.

 

Actually this is what I do, while breathing slowly in through my nose and then out through my mouth.

Let me tell you, it helps me better than any sort of cramp medicine does.​

... Or a hot water bottle works equally well, just hug it until the pain goes away :D and if you put your face in a hot chocolate then it's even better ^^

 

I talk to people on KHV. It usually helps the pain go away.

I once threw out my right temporomandiular joint. Hurt like hell.

It scares the hell out of me when I'm in a public place and I get that cramp and I CAN'T MOVE. D:

 

Painkillers, lots and lots of painkillers.

Just pray you can survive until they kick in.

 

...I just eat food. :c IT DISTRACTS ME FROM THE PAIN.

 

Sad to say that when I have cramps it's not the worst thing.

Muscle/joint aches
Fatigue
Restlessness
General feelings of depression(which I normally have but at this time of the month they're tenfold)
Nausea

Cue these happening early in the morning and having work the next day makes Fox want to murder the first person they see.

Painkillers don't do anything for me and my abdomen is sensitive to touching so it won't help to rub it. Just about the only thing that does work is my most comfy pair of jeans and a heating pad.

 

Sometimes a hot shower works or Ibeprofen pills, but those make you go to sleep. I guess that's a good thing too cause then you can sleep through the pain
But for me, I have to suffer through it cause every time I do get cramps, we seem to have a shortage of pain killers in my house. So I either suffer through it, try and lay down or drink something hot (I tried hot chocolate once and that worked for a hour :/)

 

Put something hot on the small of your back and drink tea or other hot things. As a general rule, just avoid cold things, they'll make it worse.
