Serious now, I wouldn't feel so rushed to be in a relationship. Yes being in one feels wonderful, however, don't feel that you "need" to have a girlfriend.

In high school, I was that guy who would always talk about how he didn't need a girlfriend because relationships are silly and blahblahblah teen angst.

Then I met someone that I really liked, obsessed over her, got over her, then met someone else that I really like and might actually feel the same for me. You know what all that taught me? It taught me that I shouldn't have been that guy because that guy is always the one who ends up with a broken heart when he finds a girl who he really wants to be with and discovers that he isn't good enough for her.

Long story short: At least try to date in high school. If you don't, you will regret it.
