She doesn't have no talent. She's just not very good. Her songs are musically on the boring side and lyrically awful. If you actually try to dissect her songs they aren't interesting, they're a bit catchy and the musical appeal ends there. The lyrics... well, she loves perverting the idea of love and has no idea how to make words have a rhythm or rhyme that come naturally. Rather, she beats the words into submission under her annoying backing and strange timing. She's not even a great singer. She's good enough at what she does but there are much better people to be spending your time on.

 

Im sorry..I didnt mean to make it sound like shes a brat...But there rents did shell out money to make them famous.

She is probably a nice girl and all...but I am just not a fan of singers who get a spot...not cause they earned it..but cause they have mom and dad to pay for it.

 

It wasn't good, wasn't bad, just your average teenage pop song.

 

She should drop this stupid pop music and go for screamo.

Way better than the first song, especially lyric-wise. However, she's not a good singer. Whatever anyone says, she is not a good singer. Unfortunately, you don't have to be in order to succeed in music.

Getting at social issues is all well and good, but it's kinda hard to take her seriously when she's singing about bluffin' with her muffin and taking a ride on someone's disco stick. But that's probably me.

I actually talked about this with P a bit yesterday and I have to admit, I actually kinda like this song. I think this all goes back to Friday though, at first I just listened to that song because it was hilariously "so bad it's awesome", then I realised... I actually liked the song a bit. On "My Moment" I rather like Rebecca Black's voice in this, the tune is pretty good too and it involves a keyboard heck yeah. It's catchy and I always like catchy music. It's not too shabby.

Also, Rebecca Black is hot for her age, what's not to like?
