    We may not run out of resources, though I disagree with that. We will eventually run out of land, there is little left where I live which is fairly over populated as it is. I think that eventually we can not sustain with the limited amount of land, that we have.

    That's exactly why we need to focus on the things around us before we look within-- like securing more efficient ways to produce and consume resources that are not detrimental to the planet. Also I'm sure no one wants to live forever, so even if we were to remove disease, birth defects and increase life span we would still die; telomeres see to that.
