I don't know binary code, so I'm not much help from here.

 

I'm somewhat confused as what you'd need to know binary for in the part you just posted. Am I simply being stupid, and not looking into the info you posted?

 

Look at the times; there are four different zeros-and-ones regarding those time lapses. Just click the video and pause in between those times. And, sorry; I thought it was binary. It's just a code that I don't understand.

 

xD It's called using a binary translator/convertor. And all the binary has been decoded, the vid says 'one more chance' with the text below saying 'she had a secret'

Though what I notice about that is that it is in past tense, she had a seceret not she has a secret.
