*gasp* I need all your random help!

Okay, I have a problem between 3 of my friends. Lets call them:
Charolotte
Rachel
James

You don't know them I don't think, plus, the other friend(*coughmecough*)
Katie

This is the problem:
Charolotte and Rachel both fancy James, James is good friends with Charolotte but isn't to keen on Rachel. Charolotte and Rachel are both friends. Charolotte doesn't know what to do so she asks Katie who is also unsure so Katie goes onto her forum to ask everyone what Charolotte should do. She doesn't know if she should keep quiet about it, tell Rachel she fancies James(Rachel doesn't know yet) Charolotte is afraid to hurt Rachels feelings by fancying him too and Charolotte is also unsure if James fancies her back. Charolotte is afraid that by asking James out it would ruin there friendship.....

Help.....(this is real, these are three of my friends but they aren't called James, Rachel or Charolotte- don't ask about the names)

i had the same situation between me, my best friend and a girl, she liked him and we both liked her, i didn't know they both liked each other til he confronted me about it, i told him im his best friend, and as long as he's happy i'll be fine with it, so i stood down and let things run their course =D (in the end they never dated)
