Audio Form a kh-vids rock band

Hm...interesting. I was thinking that we would take the songs from the games, and just have a ball with it. Change the styles up, add drums, effects, just make it way different from the original, but still keep the melodies and basic structure, but that works. I guess we could all get on messenger one and day and talk it over. I think being completely original would be just as fun.

 

I can write some of the songs, and also I'm learning to play the Ocarina, if that helps.

I'm on MSN mostly during the week because I work on the weekends. This weekend I can do Saturday night. Let's see what everyone else can do.

If you could record it, that would be awesome, seeing how we have a flute and alto recorder already.

 

I play guitar and bass. I'd prefer bass though.

 

I can help out with editing vocals, and I might also be able to add in some extra effects.
Also, if you need any motion graphics/videos for a song, I can do that.
(I'll explain what motion graphics are if you're interested.)

and to terry depends on what the sound is like... core indicates a sub-genre of hardcore which i highly doubt thats what this will end up being

 

It sounds kinda cool, but then it sounds a little gay at the same time. I guess we'll wait and see. I love how everyone has different music tastes and different styles (seems to me) so it should be either hard to mesh, or we could have a lot fun mixing things together. Are we going to set up a time/day to talk?

 

We really do need to. Also I think it would be easier to plan this if we could all state our timezones/general locations. I'm from New York, so my timezone is Eastern (GMT-5).

While I'm not as skilled as The Fuk?, I could probably help out with the audio mixing and I also have a decent amount of synths in FL Studio if you need anymore help. I could also help out Trixter with the motion graphics stuff if you all decide to do that since I'm able to use After Effects fairly well. Also I may have missed this but has a name been decided on yet?
